So, this adds a chinese machine pistol, its a nifty little thing, weights only 3 kg. it fires the pretty common 5mm but still packs a punch, its not as strong as the default 10mm but it fires a bit faster and its alot lighter... and cooler. you can find it in a "light box" in big town red's clinic.
