At the request of Nexus member Soruyao, three new weapons have been added.
-The Electro Fist: Punches like a Power Fist, with some added electrical damage.
-The Burner Fist: Hits like a Power Fist, with additional fire damage.
-The Vibro Fist: A Power Fist that causes additional limb damage.

History:
Female Characters: When I saw Primantis's Mantis Zero Samus Suit, static07's Mantis S-07 Reflex Armor retexture, and the Reflex Cannon retextures by Eiries, like many others, I was blown away by their combined work.
But, I did have a small problem with the Reflex Cannons. Eiries made 9 cool textures, and was asking me to pick just 1of them. Being a greedy little punk, I needed to get my hands on at least 4 or 5.
So, I decided to see if I could use the G.E.C.K. to make the cannon change textures at different times. This thought eventually lead me to see if I could have the cannon's colors indicate what kind of weapon I had armed. Which, in turn, lead me to match the projectiles to the cannon colors. (A red cannon fires a laser, a green cannon fires plasma, etc..) Regarding the weapon system, I tried to mix it up and provide some varied and fun effects, instead of just 6 different kinds of damage.
Male Characters: The mod went fairly smoothly, and I was about to release it, but I decided it was unfair that it could only be used by female characters. So, I grabbed the Arm Laser Cannon created by rjtwins, and shrunk it down a bit to make it's size closer to the Reflex Cannon. I then added my own glow textures (I know they suck: they're my first textures) to the 8 "spark plug thingies", which are now the cannon's "power converters" (thankfully I didn't have to go all the way out to Tosche Station to get them), and "Viola!", male characters get the Prismatic Cannon. (And yes, "Prismatic" is a nod to the old Prismatic Spray and Shield spells from D&D.)

Requirements:
For female characters, you'll need Dimon's Type 3 Body Replacer. (There are rumors that other body replacers will also work, but I can't confirm this.)
Other than that, I tried to keep the weapons pretty vanilla so everyone could use them with (hopefully) no complications.
Installation: Just extract the files, place the contents in your Fallout 3 Data folder, choose which .esp you need/want and click on it in the Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM).
To Uninstall: Just delete the extracted meshes, textures, and .esp files.

Location:
The Armor, Scouter, and Cannon can be found in the liquor cabinet in the first house on the left in Springvale as you leave Vault 101. I went ahead and made it easy to obtain because, even thought the Armor and Scouter are effective immediately, you'll need to explore for some time before you obtain enough energy cells and flamer fuel to keep using the Cannon.

Female Characters: Using the Armor and Cannon:
Just like with Primantis's original design, remember that you must both put on the Armor, and equip the Cannon.
The Armor and Cannon are one mesh. In order to get the Cannon to change colors, I had to make the different color Armor/Cannons "Add Ons" to the different weapons. This means, if you arm the Cannon first, it will look like you have put on the Armor, but you haven't, it's an illusion.
Just remember to always go into Apparel and put on the Armor first, then go into Weapons and arm a Reflex Cannon (or any weapon you wish), and you'll never have a problem.

The Scouter, Armor, and Cannon "Lore"
The origins of these items are unknown. (Maybe an advanced prototype cybersuit from the Commonwealth? Or a symbiote brought down by aliens from some distant Battleworld?) No one knows, but what is known is that these three items connect with the nervous system of the wearer to enhance strength, speed, precision, and to also allow the Cannon to change functions with just a thought.
The Mantis Scouter: Scans surroundings and creatures, then transmits information to the wearer's brain through a micro-filiment which ties itself to the optic nerve. The wearer gets a boost to their Perception stat (+2), as well as a bonus to their critical hit chance (+5%). The Scouter also allows limited zooming abilities. (Even if not worn, the Scouter clips into the Cannon for storage, and still transmits some data through the Cannon, allowing the weapon to continue to zoom.)
The Mantis S-07 Reflex Armor: The Armor augments both the Strength and Agility of the wearer by 1, facilitates an enhanced connection to the PipBoy's Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System (+25 action points), and by virtue of being a black bodysuit, makes the wearer hard to detect (+15 to Sneak). It's damage resistance is on par with the various combat armors (30), and it can be repaired using pieces from other combat armors.
The Reflex and Prismatic Cannons: A 6-in-1 weapon system that converts 4 common energy sources (small energy cells, micro fusion cells, electron charge packs, and flamer fuel) into 6 distinct energy discharges. Once armed, the Cannon can change functions by mental command (some radical psychologists have called these mental commands "hotkeys").

The Weapons System
Unlike Primantis's original cannon, the Reflex and Prismatic Cannons need energy sources to function. (When you put on either cannon, small micro-filiments reach out and connect to any energy-containing units you're carrying. You might not be able to see them, but trust me, they're there.) Since the Cannon is hooked to your energy cells and flamer fuel directly by the filiments, the clip capacity is set to the maximum, so you'll rarely, if ever, have to reload.

*Red-Glowing Cannon: Laser. The Cannon's primary weapon. The damage is between a laser pistol and a laser rifle, but the weapon's pinpoint accuracy and faster fire rate put it on par with the rifle. It uses 1 small energy cell per discharge, and you'll need parts from laser weapons to repair it.

*Cyan-Glowing Cannon: Taser. An electrical discharge that causes little damage, but will stun organic creatures or overload robotic systems for 20 seconds. Even after they get up, their nervous/optics systems will be slightly scrambled for a time (reduced perception for a few minutes).
A good weapon for escaping a bad situation, getting past a tough opponent, or if you're feeling mean, beating the tar out of a stunned enemy. The weapon requires 4 small energy cells to use, and you'll need parts from lasers to repair it.

*Green-Glowing Cannon: Explosive Plasma. A plasma discharge that super-heats anything it hits, causing a small explosion. The damage is only 1/3 that of a plasma grenade, and the effective radius is only 2/3, but, when you consider the weapon's much faster rate of fire, and the speed and range of the projectile, it becomes clear that it's at least a match for the grenade. It requires 4 micro fusion cells to fire, and you'll need to cannabalize plasma pistols or plasma rifles to repair it.

*Orange-Glowing Cannon: The Rocket-Blaster. Instead of producing a steady stream of flame like it's cousin, the Flamer, this weapon concentrates more fuel and unleashes it in a single, powerful rocket-like blast. It causes initial damage from the flames, lingering fire damage like the Flamer, and also blasts your opponent away from you. It uses 3 units of flamer fuel per blast, and you'll need to pull parts from Flamers to repair this part of the Cannon.

*Yellow-Glowing Cannon: Hyper-Oscillator. This weapon produces a spread of high-frequency energy packets that cause brief but violent shaking on a molecular level. The first effect is only temporary, as the target will be thrown to the ground from the energy transfer . The second effect is permanent until healed. While fluids and soft tissues take very little damage, solid structures like endoskeletons, exoskeletons, and even metal frameworks tend to fracture under the stress of the vibrations. This tends to cripple the limbs of most creatures with just a single shot, while some of the Wasteland's tougher denizens will need multiple blasts.
It would take a long time to kill something with this weapon, but it works quite well at "loosening up" opponents so they're easier to kill with your favorite death-dealing device. It needs 5 units from an electron charge pack to fire, and you'll need laser parts to repair it.

*Violet-Glowing Cannon: "M.A.R.S." The M.A.R.S. (Mecha/Andro Rage Stimulator) creates a dual pulse that when when it strikes organics, overloads the emotional centers in the brain and causes a hormonal cascade, unleashing extremely violent behavior. The affected will be unable to distinguish friend from foe, and they will attack the nearest available target. When striking inorganics, the second part of the pulse transmits a computer signal that overrides any robot or turret's combat inhibitor, and they too will attack the next available target. The effect lasts for around 2 minutes.
If you want to take a break from fighting and would prefer to sit back and have your opponents skip you for once and beat the hell out of each other instead, this is the weapon for you. The pulse takes a great deal of energy to produce (10 micro fusion cells), but if you think about all the rounds it can take to bring down, let's say, a large group of Super Mutants, when used properly, this weapon can actually end up saving you some ammo (and Stimpaks) when the Mutants suddenly decide to kill each other. (**Do keep in mind that you don't get experience for opponents that kill each other.**) You'll need to cannabalize plasma weapons to repair this part of the Cannon.

Note: There are 4 .esp files included. Just use one of them at a time.
For Female Characters: Use the .esp called "ReflexCannon+Armor"
For Male Characters: Use the .esp called "PrismaticCannon"
If you play a high-powered game (using the Very Hard Difficulty, Mart's Increased Spawns, etc.), and find you need more fire power, there are 2 additional .esps called "+50%ReflexCannon+Armor" (for female characters) and "+50%PrismaticCannon" (for male characters), which have the following alterations:
*The Mantis S-07 Reflex Armor: the damage resistance is between combat and power armor (35), and it raises Strength and Agility by 2.
*The Laser Cannon does damage several points higher than a Laser Rifle.
*The Taser Cannon stuns for 30 seconds, and does some lingering shock damage.
*The Explosive Plasma Cannon does damage equal to 1/2 a Plasma Grenade.
*The Rocket-Blaster Cannon does 50% more damage, and the lingering fire damage has been increased.
*The Hyper-Oscillator Cannon causes increased damage to both hard and soft tissues.
*The M.A.R.S. Cannon creates a rage that lasts 3 minutes.
