What this mods contains:
A black leather version of the armored duster. A special duster made from the BoS recon armor and a regulators cowboy duster. Up close there is no disguising the nature of this armor, but at first glance it will pass as a black leather duster. It has the stats of a duster but the DR and weight of recon armor (DR 28).
Question: Where can I find the items?
Answer: Regulator HQ, on a shelf.
Question: Don't you think 28 is too high DR for a duster?
Answer: Yeah, but its not too high for recon armor. Look at it carefully, this is not just a coat. Its actually a larger and thicker version of the vanilla recon armor.
