This mod adds a rifle that fires frag-grenade-level explosive rounds. It's not very sturdy, eats up flamer ammo (150 tanks per shot) like mad, but being able to place a frag grenade's level of explosion through the scope of a sniper rifle isn't too bad of a concept.
You will find this rifle laying on the floor of the national guard depot armory.
