Description
===========
This mod delays stimpaks regular use, to help immersion and prevent abusing it midfight as before.
It splits regular/limb healing, meaning the only way to stimpak limbs is to specifically do it per limb in the status menu.
This works the other way around as well, if you just heal limbs you will only heal a bit of your HP.
It also increases benefits of medicine so it's not redundant anymore.
All of this done while preserving the limb heal menu (yay!)
Changes effects on Gameplay
===========================
The above simple changes, have noticble effects on gameplay :
* cripple will happen much more frequently now, unless you keep limbs in good condition.
* medicine skill is more crucial, and worth investing some points in.
* stimpaks are more potent now, but you will still find yourself using more than before.
* going to the doctor is more important than ever, and so is the infarmary house addon.
* "rad regeneration" & admantium skeleton perks are actually useful now !
* a minor incentive to invest in barter as well, especially if you use other hardcore mods

You will likely want to use this in conjuction with sleep mods that don't heal limbs, such as RI_Sleep
Installation
============
* extract .esp + menus dir to your fallout data dir
* tick mod using FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager)
* to uninstall, remove mod including the file menus/main/stats_menu.xml
Limitations/Todo
================
* You can still heal limbs midfight, hoping to fix it
* The amount of stimpak healing isn't displayed on the item. (refer to attached chart)
* Due to a bug/limitions, stimpak regular use includes withdrawl (perception -1) which emulates dull senses during a shot.
* The altered menu file (to disable stimpak button) might collide with other mods that alter this file. (however is easy to fix)
