EMP Weapons: Version 0.1

Description:
This is my first Fallout 3 mod so please be gentle. :) A very simple mod that adds customized EMP weapons to the deadly arsenal of Fallout 3 weapons. The weapons use custom EMP Cells, so use them in good health.
Location:
The EMP Pistol and Rifle can both be bought from Moria in the Craterside Supply shop. She will also sell the only Ammo for it in the game (so far).
Future Plans:
EMP Melee type weapon
EMP Ammo Schematics
Possible Custom Model (if I ever learn how to model in 3D correctly)
