About this mod
This mod tweaks selling rates. Since selling is the main source of income in Fallout 3, this little mod effect and balances the entire monetary system.

This mods makes selling value for items lower for increased difficulty and more incentive to put points into barter.
Since selling is the main source of income in Fallout 3, and you sell a lot more than you buy,
I've decided to keep the buying values untouched. [ 155% - (Barter X 0.45)% ]
It might seem like it's just 2 variables, but this little mod can change a lot of things, I personally play on Lower and tested it on an entire playthrough.
Note: I've also added a complimentary mod which decreases the house theme & jukebox prices to half, since they have no practical use but are still cool - this will help you to still buy them early on if you play with the lower barter mod.
Install
To Install, copy one of the lower barter .esp's to your fallout3\data directory.
If you wish also copy the LowerThemes .esp to that data directory.
Sell Values
Very Low ------------ 20% + (Barter X 0.3)%
Lower --------------- 26% + (Barter X 0.34)%
Low ----------------- 35% + (Barter X 0.4)%
normal game --------- 45% + (Barter X 0.45)%
