Power Armor is now easily obtainable with two new perks
Regular: Requires Level 2 and 25 Science.
Lore Friendly: Requires Level 10, Strength 7, Science 40, and Repair 40. v2 does not have the Repair requirement.
Install:
Place the file in your Fallout 3 Data folder and select it to load in your mod manager or Fallout 3 launcher.
Uninstall:
Delete the file.
Conflicts

There is a conflict with Fallout Wanderer's Edition where the perk doesn't work with the Outcast Power Armor. I'm looking into a fix, but I'm a high school student, so bare with me, because it's gonna take a while.
-----I apologize guys, but I cannot fix the conflict between my mod and FWE. This problem only seems to affect Outcast Armor, so at least it's not all of them. I have just started out modding, so I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to these things (but I'm trying to learn), so if any of you guys think you know what the problem is please let me know and I'll try my best to fix it.
