Adds a bobblehead outside Vault 101 (right on the fast travel landing) which, when looted, attaches a script to the player to keep the FOV locked to 90.

Adds a bobblehead outside Vault 101 (right on the fast travel landing) which, when looted, attaches a script to the player to keep the FOV locked to 90. Requires Fallout Script Extender. Transcribed from the one I wrote for New Vegas, with a couple of tweaks for FO3's different scripting engine.
