This mod ads a Merchant, with a store that sells items that go great for schematics. It also adds a new weapon, a unique weapon. It is involved in a tiny 2 step unofficial (It doesn't pop up as a quest) quest.
I spent a few hours making this, The merchant is not voiced (YET). In the future I plan on making other merchants and items.
