Changes the ingame world map into a colour map.
If there are any additions you would like to see please feel free to let me know, thanks.
Also just to note this looks better with pipboy colour set to white, It will work with the other overlay colours but adds the same overlay to the map making its colour change.

Added lettered and numbered coords to the top and right of the map to mirror the left and bottom as requested by Sputnik7 (Thanks for the suggestion)
Added icon legend for undiscovered locations

Just a note that I prefer this retexture as it is for the time being, It keeps in with not being too over complicated and goes with the pipboy style (at least I think it does).
