this mod is a mod that doesn't necessarily "fix" any bugs or anything, but it instead removes all the lame NPCs and all the boring crap in RC besides the walls and things that were probably there in the first place. Why did I do it? Because Rivet City had potential, but all the characters on it are terrible.
A warning: using this save WILL 100% make the main story not work, seeing as several NPCs from rivet city are needed. Probably. I dunno, actually.
You can use this mod to enjoy a 100% empty rivet city, or maybe you can use it to turn it into something else! something not terrible! a cool boat house mod, maybe! I don't know!
