Moves the Intelligence bobblehead to a spot just outside Vault 101.

Making the run to Rivet City first thing, in order to acquire the Intelligence bobblehead ASAP, is a Fallout 3 tradition. Min/maxing is a rewarding pursuit, but it never sat well with me that if one wanted the Intelligence bobblehead early, one had to view content, gain exp and unlock locations well before it was time to do so in terms of the game's plot.
Since there (surprisingly) wasn't already a mod like this, here it is. All this mod does is relocate the Intelligence bobblehead to a nook just to the left after exiting Vault 101, which is technically the first time you have the option of fetching the bobblehead.
