INSTALATION:
Copy and paste BlackStimpack.esp into Fallout 3 Data Folder, open FOMM,
check the mod and launch the game.
MODE OF USE:
You can buy it to traders or marketers, can find it in somewhere, and also
you can use the same cheat as Bubblegum (which will be replaced).
player.additem 8c560 1
