Description

So this is basically a port of a mod I made for New Vegas.
It adds drivable vehicles and fuel for sale from Moira Brown in Megaton and Lydia Montenegro in Tenpenny Tower. I didn't think it was reasonable that those two would sell the Bradley or Saladin Tank, so I have Knight Durga selling them, Humvees, and ammo at the Citadel.
I haven't had a chance to fully test out the passenger system, so let me know if it doesn't work right.
