A pre-configured file of ini tweaks for performance.

This is simply a pre-configured FalloutCustom.ini file with the performance tweaks recommended by GamerPoets and Tale of Two Wastelands.
Requirements: This file needs FOSE and Command Extender to be loaded.
Installation:
Install manually. Do NOT use a mod manager.
Place the FalloutCustom.ini file in
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 and Command Extender will
load it. No other steps are required.
To uninstall, simply move or delete the file.
Recommended mods:
lStewieAl's Tweaks - Includes Tick Fix and Increased Heap Allocation.
New Vegas Anti-Crash - By Queue
Fallout 3 Tick Fix - By lStewieAl
Increased Heap Allocation - By lStewieAl (similar to NVSE's memory patch).
