This setting increases performance on low gamma PCs, this setting lowers the resolution of textures and reduces the draw distance of objects, it also eliminates the specular effect.
How to install? go to Configuration file ubication: *USERPROFILE*\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\*.ini and remplace the fallout3.ini and falloutPrefs.ini (make backup of this files)
