This bug fix has been included in the UUF3P v 3.3.
This mod is a simple fix for 2nd floor railings inside of the Blackhall Manor. I found out that UUF3P (v 3.2) and mintygang's fix has mistakes with static objects, so I made this fix from zero.
Mod features:
Railings were moved by sides to get rid of emptiness below them;
Added additional corner parts to fill space between railings on angle;
All junk items, static oblects and light effects were also moved to prevent air floatings or collidings with railings.
