So I looked up if there was a Fallout 3 mod for the Number Stations. Basically in between songs on Galaxy News Radio (If you killed Three Dog) you would hear random strings of numbers, followed by morse code. Rather than the Technician. However this was supposedly either rare or only accessible at certain locations. This mod replaces some of the songs that play on Galaxy News Radio with my own versions of the number station codes. Don't worry, 99% of them are as accurate as can be. I just added ONE new one, and fixed up a few details.
Installation: Drag and drop the files into your Fallout 3 folder (backup the original files this mod replaces)
Uninstall: Drag and drop the backups you made (if you didn't make any, then delete the songs and verify your game files integrity on Steam. This should reinstall the originals, though if you used any other mods that change any files then it'll also revert those.)
