Changes the Experimental MIRV to only use 1 mini nuke instead of 8. It still shoots 8 bomblets, but they are no longer full power mini nukes. Instead, it shoots 8 weaker mini nukes, but their combined power should still be a little stronger than one full power mini nuke. This also fixes the VATS bug that occurred whenever you use the weapon in VATS with less than 8 mini nukes in your inventory.
