This is a guide on how to change the World FOV, as well as Weapon FOV making Fallout 3 a much more immersive experience.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!
Please, for the love of EVERYTHING HOLY, backup your Fallout 3.ini before doing ANY tweaks!
I will not be held responsible for anything that may happen to your game if you mess up your modded .ini without backing it up first.
Trust me, I've been there. It's definitely not fun.

Are you tired of opening the console every time you load your favorite playthrough just to type in your desired FOV? Yeah, me too. Lucky for you this fix alleviates that. No more cave-man finger work, just the meat and potatoes from here on out!
INSTALLATION:
Follow the instructions given in my read-me in the DOCS section.

NOTES:
No, this is not 100% permanent, you can change the FOV back to Vanilla if you want to in the future (Hence why I told you to BACKUP your Fallout 3.ini) This just means that you don't have to use your little meat popsicles every time you load your favorite save. It does it automagically.
Yes, you can change it to whatever you want. My FOV values are listed in the section DOCS.
I have also supplied a free-to-use readme to download and keep in your mod folder for future projects regarding Fallout 3.
(We all forget things, why not have it on hand?)

The before pictures aren't necessarily Vanilla FOV. They're a little above that considering I've already done the fix. If you're coming from Vanilla FOV to this, I promise you It's a DRASTIC change.
