About this mod
This mod lowers the level requirement for the Scoundrel perk from level 4 to level 2.
- Permissions and credits
It didn't make sense for the Scoundrel perk to require a level of 4 to get while perks that also gave you extra skill points such as Daddy's Boy/Girl, Thief, and Gun Nut only required a level of 2. In addition, there would be perks more worthy of taking such as Educated and Comprehension by the time you got to that level.
