I was tired of there not being a permanent 100 repair merchant in the world so I decided to make one.

Description:
I was tired of there not being a permanent 100 repair merchant for my playthroughs so here is my attempt at adding one to the world.
This mod adds a Circle of Steel agent to Megaton with a 100 repair skill who is fully voiced. She also has a bodyguard. Both NPC's wander around Megaton together. Perhaps they are on a secret mission or something.

Instructions:
To install this mod, simply move the necessary sound files, lip files, texture file, and the ESP file to your Data folder. Ensure the ESP file is activated in your mod manager before starting the game. Once in-game, head to Megaton (look in the common house or inside/ outside the saloon.

Requirements:
Operation Anchorage (for the bodyguard's armor.)

This mod adds a uniquely named set of T-51b, a note, and the NPC's to the game. Both NPC's have a lot on their inventory if you manage to take them down. The note may also be stolen from them.
