About this mod

Tired of pathetic damage? This is your mod
All firearms now are way more powerful and fast,
just like their (mostly) real life counterparts
It'll make gun fights more fun, realistic and dangerous

Permissions and credits
Fallout 3 was a great game in many aspects,
balancing and gunplay isn't one of them.
So I decided to try to improve that by changing damage values for firearms with three goals in mind.


1: To make the game more realistic

2: To make the game harder in a balanced way

3: To make gun's damage consistent with the caliber they use

What does this mod do?

Well, this mod makes all firearms punch a bit harder
In the vanilla game, the "Chinese Pistol" does 4 damage.
yeah, pathetic.
The gun becomes unusable the second you boot up the game, because the first firearm you get is WAY better,
the iconic 10mm Pistol.
So I made guns that use 10mm do the same amount of damage,
(And any other guns that share ammo types)
because guns don't hurt people, bullets do.
List of features:

Removed artificial speed cap on every semi-automatic gun (Idc if it's a "good" balancing idea, it's not immersive)

Made big boi bullets do big boi damage

But smaller calibers still pack a punch

Install through Mo2, no reason to do it manually but you can

Notes:

2.0 is out now, fixed some issues

Only affects the base game, no dlc required or modified
