Permissions and credits
Want to raise the difficulty but don't want to use increased spawns? Increased spawns might endanger Reilly's Ranger and Caravans. This simple mod uses the same 3 variables the Game Setting slider uses. Set the game difficulty to Very Hard *important* and it will automatically use the NEW VERY HARD shown below. Your damage is now 33%, and your XP gain is the same as in Very Easy mode.

Default Settings:
|=Difficulty========|=Player=Damage=|==NPC=Damage==|=Player=XP==|
|=Very=Easy======|=====200%======|======50%=====|=====50%===|
|=Easy==========|=====150%======|======75%=====|=====75%===|
|=Normal========|=====100%======|=====100%=====|====100%===|
|=Hard==========|======75%======|=====150%=====|====125%===|
|=Very=Hard======|======50%======|=====200%=====|====150%===|
Modded Setting:
|NEW=VERY=HARD|======33%======|=====200%=====|=====50%===|

Installation: Load VeryVeryHard.esp with FOMM. Set game difficulty to Very Hard.

Customization:
If you don't like these values, you can easily customize it yourself with FOMM, which you are already using to load this file.
1.) Open VeryVeryHard.esp with the plugin editor in FOMM called TESsnip.
2.) Expand GRUP (GMST) and you can edit the three.
GMST (fDiffMultHPByPCVH) - this is player's damage
GMST (fDiffMultHPToPCVH) - this is enemy's damage
GMST (fDiffMultXPVH) - player's xp
3.) Single click on "GMST (fDiffMultHPByPCVH)", go down and double click "DATA" and enter your desired value. Save and you're done.

NOTE: Setting fDiffMultHPByPCVH affects your companion damage as well. Lowering fDiffMultHPByPCVH will lower your companion damage but raise the damage it takes. For example, try the vanilla Game Setting of Very Easy and spawn a Deathclaw and your companion will do more damage but also take more damage. fDiffMultHPtoPCVH only affects damage to Player and not damage to companion. This took a bit of testing and I think I finally figured this out.

The XP gain seems to only affect monsters and not quests, lockpicking and terminal hacking.
