Fix for issues with Scribe Rothchild in Broken Steel. For people having the problem on the quest "Death from above", this circumvents issues with Rothchild either not going to the map or not speaking once he reaches the map.
This doesn't exactly fix the issue, it simply advances to the next quest objective when you first speak to Rothchild. As a result, you miss the story-line information he provides.
!IMPORTANT!: Disable this mod after getting its intended result. Otherwise, the game will reset the quest values when you speak to Rothchild again after completing or advancing on the quest.
