This gives the Riley Ranger armor and helmet the same DR and hp as the hardened combat armor, for those who want the bonus from Riley armor. This also add a ranger helmet which gives you 25 extra AP, located near the radio/Reilly terminal.
Armor AR went from 39 to 40 Hp went from 1100 to 2000
Helmet AR went from 6 to 8 Hp went from 50 to 500
As you can see its a real small modification and shouldnt unblance the game too much.
