    The simulation pod underneath the armor always gives me the message '' the system is currently non-operational' what do I need to do to get it to work? I have done operation Anchorage and it does not relate to that.

      Have you grabbed a note from a nearby storage container and then activated the mainframe terminal?

      I'm having the same issue. It also tells me the terminal in inaccessible, so that's something.
