Well, finally after struggling a while with the esp i figure it out what was wrong :)

Description: It adds 48 poses

animating Main Char steps:
1. Open console.
2. Type "TFC"
3. Type player.PlayIdle pcXX (xx = 1 to 48)
4. Enjoy the pose

animating NPC steps:
1. Open console.
2. select the NPC via mouse click or PRID (NPC name should be readen on top of the screen with the full ID)
3. Type PlayIdle pcXX (xx = 1 to 48)
4. Enjoy the pose

If u want to stop the current pose type "PlayIdle Reset" command or type previous playidle command or TAB button.




Install:

Extract the file with Winzip or Winrar.
Copy ActionPoses.esp and meshes folder to your Data folder.

Uninstall

Delete ActionPoses.esp and Meshes\characters\_male\idleanims\ActionPoses folder.
