I can't tell you how many days/weeks over time I've spent trying to duplicate at will the lighting of a lightning strike at dark night. My whole color changers mod came from trying to figure it out and reading how the ESM/ESPs work, and I still haven't solved it.
But thanks for the reminder. I think it's time to return to trying to figure it out
I confess that ever since Cormell taught me about the "setgame hour to [number]" command I find myself setting game hour to midnight (0) more often than to anything during the day
*Laughs* That's the one guy at the farm I couldn't find to put into the photo. He's one of the last remaining male characters in my Commonwealth, and he just couldn't be found when I asked him to be there
Thanks, Bennzoor! That shot was kind of a surprise/accident (serendipity, I suppose).
Fable and Ada were running past Abernathy Farm, and I suddenly remembered they hadn't checked for new settlers in a while. As it was pitch black night and stormy first they checked the beds, and they were all empty.
Then I froze time, by chance on a lightning strike, and the whole farm plot was full of settlers. I just had to ask them for a photo before releasing time

I hope the Institute didn't kidnap him!
