This is a walkthrough for those confused on what to do.

SPOILERS




Q1: Find the note in the diamond security office which leads you to the All Americans clubhouse, once their accept their job and take out roach at layton towers.
EXQ4: after joining the gang you can get one of new quests from Frank.
Q2: Talk to Spike, he lets you know about a debtor, Garth, that he needs his money back from, go to Garth's basement or either kill or do his job to get the money from him.
EXQ1: After completing Spike's first quest the expansion quest should be there for you.
Q3: Mamabear needs some booze, find it at the Guinett Restaurant and return.
EXQ2: After completing Mama's first quest the second quest expansion quest should be available. 
Q4: Once back you may notice that Wrench has gotten up from his seat and headed outside, follow him and you can do his radiant quests.
Q5: There's a wanted note across from spike(it may have fallen on the ground), this quest can be started any time but I recommend doing it here. He needs you to take care of a ghoul, heading to the bunker you can confront Hathen, you can either kill or spare him, if you kill him his questline is obviously not available.
EXQ3: After taking care of Ryan's first bounty not only will fixed radiants be there but also his expansion quest.
Q6: If you let Hathen live you can find him at the third rail, he'll let you know that he had a son and wants your help tracking him down, after checking out his Ex Wife's apartment you and him go to track down and find his son, reuniting them you can send them back to the clubhouse.
Q7: While at the clubhouse Little John mentions a ghoul he had seen around the campus law offices, going there you can find Gina, a prewar ghoul that worked with Nora at the law offices, she needs help solving a case.
EXQ5: Gina has a second case after you solve her first one! Make sure to check out Nora's office and terminal while you're there!
Q8: Also at the clubhouse after finishing Q5 Ryan gives you radiant quests to kill gunner targets, mostly raiders.
Q9: After returning to the clubhouse after Q6 Ajax and Hathen hang out at the clubhouse, Ajax joins the All Americans too, talking to him he needs you to get a photo from his mom's apartment which you went to before in Q6
Q10: After getting Ajax's photo you may have noticed that Eagle is missing, Hawk flags you down and asks you to help track down his brother, doing so leads to the ending of the mod.
