I have no intention of loading a save from inside vault 111. There are a billion of them on nexus, if you want a save like that, look for it, you'll find it 100%.
These saves are useful to me... You can download them, or not download them, it doesn't change anything for me.
1 - You can use mods with alternative start that start from the house, such as start me up (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18946)
2 - I have also included creation club content among the things needed. I don't know if they are really needed or not, but having them and having them in my load order, (to create the save I deactivated all the active mods from MO2...
but we know that the creation club works differently!).
