Well ok, then let's see how I can help you) First of all make sure that preset file called "Liv Tyler.json" is in the proper folder.
/Steam/steamapps/common/fallout 4/data/f4se/plugins/f4ee/presets
If you are not the steam user seek for
/fallout 4/data/f4se/plugins/f4ee/presets
Run the game ONLY WITH F4SE! Otherwise, nothing will be working fine.
You must load your game, choose a good look to your character and press the button "~" to open the console. Than tape command "slm 14" as you see in the screenshot. The Looksmenu will appear. Press ~ again to out from the console and change your character.
Press R and you will see the list of your downloaded presets.
Choose the Liv Tyler preset and press E or Enter (If you want to change her, then press TAB and proceed)
Now you good to go)
