This is a character  from the Diamond City Expansion mod by StatsMakten I customized her via Showlooks menu and used the console to access her inventory for the outfit changes. Outfits are by EZ Girls and Accessories by Humannature66 (can't say enough about him, tons of really great mods, go check him out).  Outfits were made to use with the mod using Diamond City Expansion - Female Body Replacer - EasyGirl by AWP3RATOR and I am so grateful as I can't think of any clothing mod that would work better with these characters.  Really awesome mod, tons of work went into it and I highly recommend it :D
