Strange...
When I told Preston that I used to live here before the war...
...He knew I spoke of a war that took place over two hundred years ago.
If someone had said "Before the War" to me back in the day, 
I would have assumed they meant something in recent history,
I wouldn't have dreamed they meant the Spanish-American War of 1898...
...and here I thought war never changes

    Hmm - something to ponder........... a 200 year period without any major - or minor- wars going on.......... I wonder when that last happened in human history! Also a great pic
