   Glad to report it's sorted! Turns out it is animation fragments from Gasmasks of the Wasteland burnt into my save. Once I re-ran the full sequence it cleared down and my save is now free of it.
   Weird, but there we go.

   Is it a vault 81 build. Maybe a blueprint? It also looks like your settlement menu is not right.

   To clarify: these blobs fly onto the screen from the left, pause a moment then fly off to the right. Sometimes streaks will hurtle past, too. I can have a few minutes with nothing, then a few moments of these. It's crazy! I've never seen a glitch like it. I have absolutely no other glitch at all.
   In certain light they look like body parts from an explosion (red and wet), almost like a fragment of a scene was caught some kind of in-game cache and replays at random. I wondered if a script was sticking, but I can't see any active ones that could cause this.
