These heels would be a huge pain though...
I did use one of his highheels as a "template" for this, yes. It is very difficult to get the feet to were they don't look withered or malformed horribly especially when you can see the toes so you can't just remove the feet. His template helps a lot with this process, but still requires a lot of manipulating.
