    Is the headdress a mod?

      It was a mashup that was scrapped once similar headdress became available for porting in Skyrim.

    It would be really cool , if youre interested, to add in a material weapon skin that is reminiscent of the Medicine Stick from Fallout New Vegas: Gun Runners DLC, like a hunting rifle with some tribal beads and feathers on it?

      There really arent any Native Americans in Fallout at all, maybe the tribes from the Great Salt Lake are? But I'm pretty sure they were Mexicans who traveled North after the War.

      Thanks, man. It's a mashup of various clothing pieces, mostly from the Pack raider clan of Nuka World. :)
