The tattoo is a reaper in front of a moon with some skulls/souls. Bottom part with the flowers/leaves was a rams head, but since the ink is so heavy and not proffessionally done... yeah, it is a mess.

Avoided chest tats just because I feel like... no chest tat I've ever seen ever looked good to me.
Does your mod include inked hands? I guess I could just download and check.
