      Actually, cleaning-up the place is the most time-consuming because some parts of the derelict house and a few vines and roots are hard to get rid of because their highlight point is way off their visible position so that it takes forever and a day before I can scrap them.

      The build itself was more difficult this time because of an update of the Build High - Expanded Settlements mod which adapted the Coastal Cottage borders compared to the older version I used before and the build borders don't show. In fact, the borders are almost in the same spot as Vanilla, as far as I remember where those were.
