Regardless, I'm not sure about other people but I put tilt on my images for very functional reasons, not just "because" and it's definitely not some artsy-fartsy choice . If there's tilt in one of my images it's usually for a reason. For example, here, the tilt brings the gun more in the center of the image and it covers up the fked up shoulder that happens with that pose.
This reminds me of TJ Hooker. For those that don't know it was a 80's cop show starring WIlliam Shatner and a young Heather Locklear who kinda looked like that
