Small WIP mod I'm working on. I'm not that great at texturing so at the moment I only have 2k textures. I plan on giving the uniform the abilities of Captian America (Increased Strength, Agility, Endurance, Reduced fall damage, and increased melee attack damage). Not sure if I just want to make it craft-able, or make a quest to obtain/craft it. If you have expierience with textures and/or making quests and would like to collaborate, PM me and we'll go from there.

    *Please* tell us this mod isn't dead. If you made this compatible with Legendary Modification and Concealed Armors, or a mod like UCO, we could add the Captain America style stat boosts ourselves. That would be one thing out of the way at least.

    Can we have a version that isn't OP compared to vanilla outfits, and that can only be found by a quest?
