Thanks to one of my fellow Fallout 4: Tactics Team Members, we now know exactly what model Pipboy will be present in the yet to be released game:  Fallout 76.
Due to some zooming in of the image, and  we can clearly see that it's the Pipboy 2000 Mk. VI.
