Yeah. I've been wanting to do a Joker character for a while now. Or rather "Joe Kerr". Good news is I have a suit for him, the stats all set up, and I'm mostly happy with the look of him. The mouth still seems a bit off to me, but this was the best I could get it. Otherwise I'm quite happy with the look. :3 And yes. I decided to throw Harley in as his wife. In fact I might use the Nora companion mod to bring her back. We'll see.
