Here's a quick image of something i have been workin on with the help of a very talented scripter, Rhutos.
The MP-47/A Prototype Medic Power Armor.
Yes, it will talk when you enter it. yes, it will dispense Med-X when below 33% health every 3 hours. Yes, it will talk when it dispenses Med-X. Yes, it will talk when when detecting enemies and No, it will not yet have it's original lines since i haven't the assets to make the original lines and we can not use them directly from Fallout 3, copyright and all. Also, due to the way the medic pump works in Fallout 4 you can get addicted to the Med-X, hence why every 3 hours instead of constantly.
