This started out last night as me playing with Snappy Housekit and then I had a CTD and lost what I had done so today I determined to finish it ! Happiness went to 100% as soon as the first settlers moved in 8-)

      Hey thanks ! Only today did I finally figure out how to build a Snappy porch AND how to get a boat to sit in the water convincingly.....
