      They're helmets the Pack wears. Just picked 'em off dead raiders around Nuka-World. Since we were discussing how dumb some of their armor looks with the stuffed animals stapled to them and furry pants and all, I'd also forgotten how damn creepy they could look (FYI: don't go wandering around Nuka-World with night-vision goggles if you spook easily)! Just add some atmosphere and a few sharp objects, and taa-daa. Instant horror show. It's all about context.
