Control Station Enclave Docking Bay

I had to rebuild the entire oil rig to match the size of the original, here's a picture of my progress on the docking bay. If anyone has experience making fully functioning settlements, small quests like maybe joining the Enclave, vertibird transports like the BOS, or a submarine transport to get to the Control Station  I would really appreciate the help. I have dabbled and in time could do it, but help would be awesome and go so much faster.

      Thank you, I plan at a minimum to make this a settlement populated by the Enclave Remnants with a unique story. At maximum I would like some quests, vertibirds, patrols, and a submarine to shuttle you to and from the Station. I thank you for the support and hope the community will appreciate my work when I am done
