If you google charred vault suit you will find a forum thread on LL which contains download links.
To be honest, back then I wasn't that much excited about this outfit (single faced (one sided) 2 dimensional clothing parts and such; I'm/was a picky a**hole). His later work especially the Brotherhood Recon outfit convinced me to try his former work again.
And yep it's a pity that he took his work down...
