Yeah, the way Flickr treads their members is pretty low niveau... and that is what they count with... that people don't want to loose their stuff, so they pay for a Pro membership... that stinks!
a friend made me the Pro membership for one year as a gift, I didn't like the idea throwing them my money into their greedy throat... but in the meantime I calmed down and I will probably stay there if there won't pop up a super duper new option
Thank you very much, I am glad you like the images
I can tell ya.. he is a cat in real... I am sure...
Such lovely shots of everyone's favorite fallout animal
He is the best
I will check this post from time to time, to see if sth broke, but for now it seems to work
I'm not really using the Flickr application for my mobile device, but I'm a paying PRO user of Flickr and as far as I understand it, there is not way to get bbcodes from the app. Easiest would be to simply use their site instead of the application if you would like to share images from your account...but that takes away the whole meaning of the app for the mobile device, doesn´t it? I might be wrong though, since things can have changed, but so far the only way I know of about how to share bbcode is by using a desktop platform from the site directly...
Cheerio!
well, in my job I am more off home than in so I am a bit addicted to my cellphone and I was shocked tbh, that the Flickr App doesn't provide a bbcode option... normally should be a simple thing to add.... but this way works also good for me... I mean I am not the mega uploader... just my story and when I feel for a good picture randomly which is pretty rare. If I upload once a week its much and when I upload twice a week I feel like a maniac (but that is just when I had to split a chapter, because it went too long)
Been thinking of looking for another hosting site myself, imgur seems to be turning into a bit of a mess lately
There are plenty provider you can use... 500px (ie) is similar system to Flickr what I have seen (if you are not going conform with Flickr's way of treating their members lately)... what you also can do is checking the images informations from other downloaders, to see where they upload their stuff, maybe you will find an option that suits you
I hate how Flickr acted, but at least I am a pretty comfortable person and I don't wanna move my whole story images... a friend payed my first "pro" year as a surprise gift, so I will stay there now.
Interesting. I wonder how long Discord would allow itself to be an image storage place. Bit of in interesting thought.
I use that post as an experimental test... I think it was Google Photo that limited the share time for an image... or sth like that, so some of my image links broke after some days... lets see, what will happen here
Not that I want to use Discord as a storage... geez no... but to upload one or two images here that I have already uploaded on Discord by using my cellphone or tablet when I am not at my pc is a nice thought
